About 80 miles separate Taiwan from mainland China, and the past, present and future seem to blend in the smoggy air that often hides Taiwan’s famous layers of mountain peaks. There is so much of our universal, human condition to be experienced on this relatively small island. A feeling of perpetual rebirth, and karma, guided my selection of these photos.
